What the visual does with your data
Filter Table displays the data Power BI gives it inside Power BI's sandboxed visual environment. All filtering, sorting, grouping, formatting and drawing happens there. The visual contains no analytics, telemetry, tracking or error reporting, and talks to no external servers.
What the visual stores
Layout and formatting choices, such as column order, widths and hidden columns, are saved in the Power BI report itself using Power BI's standard settings. They stay wherever your report is stored and are covered by your organisation's arrangements with Microsoft.
Export and copy
CSV export only starts when you ask for it, and the file is produced by Power BI's own download service on your device. Copy puts cell or row text on your local clipboard. We never see either.
What we collect
Nothing. There are no servers, accounts or cookies, and no way for us to observe how you use the visual. If you email us for support, we see what you choose to send and use it only to help you.
This website
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and the live demo runs in your browser on synthetic data. The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, under its own privacy terms.
Changes
If the visual ever changes in a way that affects this policy, this page and its effective date will be updated before that version is released.
